Yes. If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there will be no charge for cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. Customers have 7 days after receiving item to let us know of their intent to return it. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, hardware, etc.). Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less all shipping fees We will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. |
